You will need access to gym equipment.

A useful ebook and programs however I was disappointed at finding that you will need to have access to a gym or have an advanced home gym set up to perform to the letter. I thought (perhaps naively) that the workout plan would be all home friendly and incorporating full use of the A90 gear.

HI there. Thank you for your feedback. To be honest, you don't need to have an advanced home gym set up to perform various exercises at home. With the A90 Athlete Set you can do a lot of different exercises for each muscle group. Please have a look at the following Workout-videos. where you just need a high bar and the Athlete Set:
